Tjena!
...as we say in swedish (improving a lot as u can see), you prononce it (chéna for those of you who might want to get into contact with swedish people héhé)!!
This week has been lets say... as busy as the others. First of all I passed my exam with distinction yeah!!! passed it on monday and got the results on friday, the professors are really reactive as you can see.
So exam on monday followed by a really nice poker night :) at Laurie's place.
On wednesday we went to a Coffee place in town (News) with my mentor group but we were kicked out at 10, still fun though, I had a big ice cream (which was of course compensated by the huge hill I have to go by to bike home).
On friday we went to see the ice hockey team of Umea. They are called "Björkloven" which means "birch leaf" (feuilles de bouleau). They are the ones in green on the pic. It's not actually a name you expect an ice hockey team to have but it refers to the history of Umea where lots of birch (bouleaux) were planted to prevent the town from fire. Anyway that night they played against Leksand and it ends up with a score of 02-02. Didn't think it was that hard to score in ice hockey and that there were so violent (I would not like to get into trouble with one of those guys :( . Nice game for this "first ice hockey watching of my life".
On saturday Dj stonebridge (a famous swedish dj) was in town so we went there and sweat our bodies on the dancefloor (better than any aerobic session lol). So gOOD!
